The Medicine Wheel teaching is a wholistic Indigenous worldview that is fundimental to the values and prinicples of the Anishinaabe ways of seeing, feeling, knowing, and doing. It consists of the four directions, races of human beings, cycles of life, seasons, main medicines, elements and aspects.  It is a foundation to health and well-being that interconnects and interrelates the natural and spirit worlds.  In this session, the presenters will talk about how the Medicine Wheel reminds us about all of the apsects of our health and well-being.
