Equal in Dignity, Equal in Rights: A Migrant Justice Workshop for Church Communities (pdf) (2018)

$0.00

Global migration is at an all-time high. In 2015, there were 258 million migrants globally. Conflicts, income inequality and climate change will only increase the number of workers crossing borders in search of employment, rights and security. When migrant workers cross a border, they do not lose their inherent right to human dignity. Yet, migrant workers report consistent violations of human and labour rights in Canada. This resource explores the issues that migrant workers face with Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program and provides tools for taking action for migrant justice.
